Is gastric bypass surgery a cure for obesity? why or why not? is it a means to an end?

Well I’ve watched videos on this before and people who are severely obese get GBS and they still have a less amount of fat on them but it’s not “a cure”I would say.. after the surgery the patients still have saggy skin or are still heavy set and they have to work it off but the skin will sag so then that leads to liposuction and surgery to correct your saggy skin but it is a big help for people will life threating obesity
