The smartest way to learn is to have a happy and healthy mind. It’s good to get enough sleep if you can and try not to get so stressed. Leaving stress to add on can cause anxiety and emotional stress. I recommend meditation and naps during the day. Always make sure that before you study/ take tests you make sure your surrounded by positive energy.
