my everyday schedule effects how much I value my own time because if I were to have only 30 minutes of free time I would find it much more valuable and I wouldn't take it for granted but if I were to have 6 hours of free time I would take it for granted and not appreciate it as much we often take things for granted until it's then taken away from us then we realize how much we didn't appreciate it. I often disrespect my own free time by wishing I was doing something else instead of enjoying the moments of peace and serenity I have this would affect my life because I wouldn't care for my free time as much and I would want to be doing other things so I would often find myself wasting it.
