From poor health conditions to a hungry population, it is clear, the community needs more organizations that help with donations, people that donate food, more arable land, and much more. The government could step in around here and begin a sturdy base for all of these needed things.

Overall, I suggest that the government should be helping to modify today's society and it's problems, such as homelessness, going hungry, healthcare, worker's rights, etc. It will benefit the community much more and will also have more laws and rights that will help it in the long run.
