This treatment is a pin point method on triggers and behavioral problems that may occur in a person struggling with major depression. This would be helpful because it teaches someone how to see their triggers and see the patterns and this will help them to see when this occurs in the future and prevent these things from happening if possible, and if not prevent then find better methods of coping in the future. Cognitive behavior therapy comes in with psychodynamic therapy as well, this treatment method helps a patient to find patterns in their behavior and identify their personal trigger to handle them in a better way in future scenarios. Drug therapy is a scientific and medical way to approach treating major depression. This would include a doctors visit where the doctor is able to determine which medication will be best for the patient and prescribe them medications to help with the chemical imbalances that cause major depression causing a boost in mood and other positive differences. rTMS is a treatment method that includes magnetic methods in the brain that help to stimulate it and help to ease or even eliminate the imbalances that cause the disorder. This is a type of therapy that is not a first choice and may be resorted too as a last choice if nothing else is available or nothing else works for the patient. This is because this therapy does not help to see the disorder it is purely a scientific method.
