I believe the answer is achieved. America gives more opportunity to help all countrymen to reach their dreams.  Becoming a successful person can be attained through persistence and enhancement of talents and skills which are all provided by the state starting from basic education. Services and Scholarships are given openly to help. This helps the people become more self-reliant and determined. That is the American Dream. There are numerous stories that already proven this and America has proven this all over the world.
