AP Human Geography question! How was Thomas Malthus influenced by the Industrial Revolution?

Thomas Malthus argued that the unprecedented population growth will outpace the agricultural revolution, and this will result in deaths through starvation and hunger (Thomas). However, it did not happen. The industrial revolution was the driving force behind social change in Britain, especially the rural lives.

Based off the appearance of the peppered moth, its markings would not be advantageous in a lush green ecosystem . this could cause their population to decrease as the camouflage factor would be somewhat useless and make them much more vulnerable to predators .hope this : )
