So, i am about to start college in the summer, and i was thinking about my major. so, i told my parents that i wanted to major in art as an animator. but my parents are really strict and want me to be an engineer. they are also telling me that drawing is just a hobby and even if i do get my master's in animation that my job won't pay good. should i listen to them and just become an engineer, or become an artist? some people are just like do what you want. but i feel like my parents are right. what if i don't get a good salary. .
