i'm doing an art project about 'toxic masculinity', how can i depict this in a painting?

Toxic Mascuulinity is a very sore subject for most men, but I think that you can have a normal average man with a thought bubble of the man thinking of his ideal self, THis resembles the Mans wishes to be what the world expects him to be.
