solve the crime. this for my forensic science class

detectives lisa and elisa were called to investigate an unusual scene at the brewed awakening coffee shop. the first responders had secured the area and cleared it of all bystanders. when lisa and elisa arrived, they noticed the victim slumped over in his chair. visibly, on the table, was a computer, a cup of coffee, cream and sugar, and a half-eaten croissant.

lisa went straight to the computer. she noticed that the computer’s battery had 15% remaining and opened the browser’s window. the site on the screen was lisa curiously looked closely at the victim’s hands but noticed no signs of darkening skin.

elisa grabbed her flashlight and focused her attention on the coffee cup on the table. it was still warm and had a lipstick stain on the rim. it was clear that cream and sugar had been used in the coffee since the coffee appeared light, and two opened sugar packets lay next to it. to the right of the coffee was the half-eaten croissant.

after taking several pictures of the scene, lisa realized that she never put her gloves on. lisa immediately put her gloves on and carefully lifted the computer. she noticed a small piece of folded paper. she carefully unfolded it, and the words written on the paper were: “you said i would get it by feb.7th. today is feb. 15th. you missed your deadline.”

while lisa was busy finding hidden messages, elisa noticed that the chair across from the victim was pulled out from the table. she decided to take a peek under the table and saw wads of gum. on one particular piece of gum, she saw what appeared to be some sort of fabric. it was red in color and looked like wool.
