Aluminum absorbs more of the long-wavelength radiation and it is not useful in producing diagnostic imaging.

Explanation:

Diagnostic imaging is used to diagnose the patient under high radiation or low radiation. This is used to find any defects in human or living things.Devices that are used to diagnose the patient using image is X-ray. Diagnostic takes place under the radiation depending on the requirement the radiation may be high or less.Bypassing the radiation they can identify the defects and some of the technique is ultrasonic imaging, they pass the echoes through that they can find the defects.
