Explanation:

My biggest fear has always been heights. I went on a climbing trip with some friends just to go watch them and they brought me up to a 180 foot cliff to repel down. It was one of the most terrifying moments of my life. They hooked me in despite my constant denial to do it, but deep inside me i knew i had to do it. So as I hung over this cliff I began to cry out of fear and I begged them to let me off and pull me back up. They refused cause they knew it was for my own good. As I am hanging a felt me feet drop and nothing. Just air. I opened my eyes to realize that I was fine. Trembling from adrenaline I repeled down into the arms of my friends at the bottom congradulating me. I rock climb regularly now without any fear. Over coming this fear felt amazing and over all was a wonderful.
