It looks like either a hideout, or a torn-up hotel room...

Explanation:

When I look at the picture, I get a sense of uneasiness, or like there is someone watching me. There is clearly a sniper in the back near the window, so I think that what happened in the picture is that people broke into either a hotel room or a person's house, tore up the place, and the are using it as a sniper base or hideout to snipe people from down below. Or the alternative version, is that they found an abandoned place that was already torn up, and are using it to either hide from someone/something, or to snipe people from what I said in the first one.
