The idea behind Shovel and Spade is all about collecting and gathering to rework and repurpose. My love for nature, art and craft has fused into functional sustainable items for both home and body. Here my earth conscious craft meets art along with function through batches of finely crafted, small production pieces. Most of the goods are made entirely from production waste or found items from resale stores. Most fibers are sourced ethically or locally and I only choose ingredients that are safe for the earth and ourselves. The ideas and products will continuously be changing given the materials at hand and my constant yearn for experimentation. I hope you enjoy my sustainable craft and reuse of materials. Each piece is unique and made with great attention to detail.
