Is it bad if someone cries there self to sleep because of everything that's happening in their life?

I would say yes but this has also happened to me a few times lol, but sorry to see that I hope everything get's better in your life and you don't have to cry at night, just don't go to bed super stressed.

Yes and no. Sometimes crying is good for you. But if your crying yourself asleep every night, that not good. Trust me I use to cry myself to sleep every night because of a lot of junk going on in my life. Are you okay love? If not would you like to talk. Just remember everyday is a new day, a new slat.
