Explanation:you probably need colored fabrics, ruler, sewing machine or needle, and stuffing for the plushie.

You'll need three different colored fabrics. Black (For the rim of the "goggles")

light blue for the 'goggles' and whatever color for the body. When you sew make sure to do it inside out and leave a part of it unsowed so you can turn it back "outside in". once you do that you can stuff the stuffing in it then sew up the hole.
