Danny was just hired in a restaurant as an assistant chef. He was tasked with adding garnishing to the dishes that the main chef made. When the final dish came to him, he first chose the condiments and other food items that he would use for garnishing. He then heaped all his garnish in the top right corner of the plate. He cut his garnishing items in artistic styles. He also made sure that the garnishing did not overwhelm the taste of the main dish. He then sent the dish out with the server. The dish, however, was returned to the kitchen with the consumer’s comment that the garnishing on the dish was improper.
