Yes I have felt out of place before. It felt awful and I felt like I was alone. To hep me feel better I talked with a grownup and they helped me. When I don’t feel out of place i get worried and I feel like I’m locked up when I’m scared like, i think about something and it leads to a bigger and badder thing and it keeps going until I’m to scared. It helps when I pray and when I sit/ or squeeze something like sit with a friend or squeeze a towel or a stress ball.
