I NEED TIPS ON SHIFTING!! If you have shifted or just have great tips pls answer. Don't answer if you don't have tips pls! I would really appreciate anyone sharing I have been trying for almost 2 months now and only got close once. Thanks!

Here are some tips

Before you try and shift or do your method meditate it will help.

Before you shift watch the show or movie or series that your shifting to because you want to only think about that and not get distracted.

re-read your script, add some things. If you have tick tock look at some videos to see if you can add anything to your script.

Watch some videos about shifting so you can believe in it more.

YOU WANT TO BELIEVE!!

drink water, eat well, hydrate, take a shower. This will really help you, DRINK LOTSS OF WATER!!!

get everything out of your way ex. homework, school. so you won't have to worry about those stuff when your trying to shift.

Be in the right mindset!

Pick a method that would work for you!

In the day you want to like pretend you are in your DR (desired reality) like pretend the people in your DR are there and that your talking to them that will help.

Try and pretend your there in your DR.

Say your affirmations.

Say your affirmations in the day like ( I'm going to shift, i will shift, etc.) and say your affirmations when your trying to shift like( I am shifting, I will shift, I am in my desired reality, etc.)
