Cool colors (blues,purples, and greens) may remind you of water, grass, trees, flowers. The impact of warm colors if used in my artwork i would describe as a big contrast between worlds. While we think more calming a land soothing things with cool colors. With warm colors, we tend to think of things like the sun, lava, and fire. Hope this helps.
