A food trend from 20 or more years ago
Four significant historical and cultural events and/or milestones in the culinary arts industry (ideally that occurred in the last 20 years)
Two examples must relate to the baking and pastry arts industry
A food trend that is currently in full swing
A prediction for the next big trend in the culinary arts
Try to keep your trends in the same general category. For example, if you discover a dessert that was trendy in the 1980s, keep the dessert theme going throughout your answers.

After you have found examples for the above-listed requirements, complete the following:

Write a few sentences explaining what the trend is and why it became popular
Find and explain the reasons that the trend fell out of favor
For each trend, consider whether you would spend your own dining dollars on the trend and explain why you would (or would not) participate in this trend
Include links to the websites that you use with your answers.
