My favorite type of cuisine is Italian cuisine. The reason I like Italian food so much is because there are so many different flavors and so many different dishes. There is richness and sweetness and all the flavors compliment each other. It relates to my culture because (if you're white just say your ancestors are Italian)(If you're Hispanic say that you great great great grandparents immigrated from Italy) and the flavors and some recipes have been passed out. Such a zuppa toscana it is an Italian dish from Tuscany that has potatoes, kale, sausage, heavy cream and chicken stock. It is simple yet so complex. The flavors all compliment and go together beautifully.
