Wanna hear my poem? Too bad...Here it is... I get a panic attack
While I'm in the shower
An anxiety attack
When someone gets louder

I say 'I'm fine'
And hide away
Push those feelings deep inside
Hide them where no one can find

'Am I going insane?'
'Is this too much pain?'
'I'm fine.'
'I'll be okay.'

All these restless nights
All these empty thoughts
Swirl inside my head
Will I ever bend?

You can't fight
Without motivation
You can't kill
If it's already dead

So what's the point?
Why should I stay?
'Cause this pain,
It won't go away

But it's okay.
I'm okay.
It's fine.
I'm fine
