The genre of pop music that will serve as my favorite is classic pop music from the 70s and 80s. The reason why is that mom and dad always put this kind of music in the car or when we are having dinner, and I love it.  

I can cite an important and famous artist. His name is Rod Stewart.  And his music is ageless. He plays some bluesy tunes, pop songs, and classic rock hits.

Among his most famous hits, we have "Maggie May," "First Cut is the Deepest," "You're in My Heart," "Young Turks," and "Forever Young."
