A. Cut and install kick boards.

B. Cut out the threads to the desired length.

C. Install 2x4 bracing that goes from stringer to stringer.

D. Cut out the stringers using the plans from the CD-ROM.

E. Cut out, glue down, and attach with screws some 8 1/2 inch braces that are joined to the tops

of each stringer. This keeps the plywood from splitting.

F. Screw the threads down to the 2x4 bracing which you glued down earlier.

G. Add some diagonal bracing so the stairs won't collapse sideways.
