Olly olly oxen free: A young woman was going to be babysitting her uncle's kids. The kids were fairly young. The uncle had a nice house that had a lot of security measures like security cameras and a sliding metal gate that requires a key to open. At around 10 pm they are all in the living room of the house. The kids were sharing one ipad and the babysitter was watching tv. The house phone starts to ring. The babysitter answers. "Hello?". A voice answers "Olly olly oxen free! 4 blocks left". She assumed that some kids were prank calling her so she hung up. 20 minutes go by and she gets another call but this time it came from her personal phone. She answers nervously "Hello?". The same voice answers "Olly olly oxen free! 3 blocks left." She gets a bit scared but still shrugs it off as prank callers. A few minutes go by and she hears her phone ring. She doesn't want to answer but she eventually answers the phone. "Hello?" she answers with a shaky voice. "Olly olly oxen free! 2 blocks left.”. She quickly locks all the doors and the windows. She is freaking out at this point and she wakes up the kids and tells them to hide. They are freaked out and start finding places to hide. It feels like time is going slower now as her phone starts to ring again. She is frozen in fear and she answers slowly. "he- hello?". A voice comes through and says "Olly olly oxen free! 1 block left." She quickly hangs up the phone and tries to hide somewhere but to no success. She just sits down on the couch and covers herself with a blanket. 20 or so minutes go by and she has drifted off to sleep despite the circumstances of this situation. She wakes up when she hears her phone ring. She sits up quickly and answers the phone thinking it was her uncle. “Hello?” she answers. A voice comes out from the other side of the line. “Olly olly oxen free! I’m at the gate.” She gets up and runs to check the security cameras and she sees nobody at the gate of the house. She sighs in relief and sits back on the couch. “It was just some kids prank calling me” she says to herself. Right as she sits down she hears from somewhere in the house “Olly olly oxen free! I’m here!” She jumps up in fear and picks up her phone. She calls 911 and the police arrive quickly. When the police come out of the house they have a tall man in handcuffs. The man was living in the houses basement for 2 weeks and when the young women was babysitting he was planning to murder her. All over the walls in the basement was written “Olly olly oxen free”
