Animation has come a long way since the first cat chases mouse scenes. animators are able to make very realistic scenes, causing some controversy. do you think there is too much violence in the animated movies and games today?

Ipersonally think there is more realistic violence in animated movies today,  i'm not sure how far back you were looking for but i'm forty and i remember when mortal combat came out and all the parents regarded the cartoon animation of blood, when he rips the guys head and spinal cord out to be awful, but look at the blood and gore in the zombie movies and combat videos today.  so my answer is yes i think there is too much and i think it's getting worse.
