Do you have to be a certain age to compose music? What if a 12 year old wanted to compose music? could he or would he have to wait tell he is 18?

Honestly I don't think you have to people in the music industry have started making music even before they were 12 or 18. But you have to be careful don't let people take advantage of you ok.
