why do we sleep walk?

Because sometimes people get thirsty in their sleep but don't want to wake up to get water so they just sleep walk to get the water.

It rly depends on the person. it could be bc theyre restless, or they need something to eat or drink, lack of sleep, they get it from theyre parents, sleep apnea, they dont know that theyre sleep walking, interrupted sleep. Thx or the pointsss
