What cpt® code(s) is/are reported for extensive excision of seven nasal polyps?

The CPT code use for nasal polypectomy or extensive excision of nasal polyps is code 30115.

As seen in the CPT® Index, for Excision/Polyp/Nose, you will be directed to 30110, 30115.  However, 30115 is selected for the procedure is extensive in polyps excision in the nasal passage.
