Ep-9 what should you do first when a vessel capsizes?

One should always wear a life vest if in a boat. Also there should be a head count and one then should seek the waters surface and should not panic and would stay calm. Hope this is the right answer and would be of help.

It is important to always  wear a life preserver vest when in a vessel, such as a boat. The first thing after a board capsizes is to seek the waters surface. There may be an air pocket that forms inside the overturned hull that will let you get your bearings as to where you are and how to best get to the waters surface. Stay calm and do not panic if at all possible
