Which muscles do you control when exercising? cardiac muscles skeletal muscles involuntary muscles smooth muscles?

While doing exercise, one can control skeletal muscles only.

The body has three kinds of muscles, that is, skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle, and smooth muscle. The skeletal muscles are linked with the bones of the skeleton, that is why these are under control and are known as voluntary muscles.

On the other hand, the smooth muscles like skeletal muscle can never be under control. These muscles helps in pushing substances, like blood or food through organs. The cardiac muscle is also an involuntary muscle, which is found only in the heart. These muscles helps in contraction of the heart and can never be controlled.

slitherio is the original. its the best friend of all middle schoolers. the man you can count any time you have some free time. slitherio is the guy you hang with while you're in the computer lab suppose to be doing "research or whatever". slitherio isn't just a game but a friend.

wormaxio is just a fake trying to squeeze its way into the friend group. trying to pretend its cool and your best pal but how long has it really been there for you, really. it only wants you as friend to boost its social status. wormaxio is just annoying fake pleb. no offense
