Satellite terra is able TO MONITOR VOLCANIC ERUPTIONS ON EARTH. Satellite terra is a scientific research satellite that was released into space on December 18th, 1999. The satellite possesses five remote sensors, which are specially designed to monitor the earth's environment and its climate changes. Data collection from the satellite started on February 24, 2000. The data that are obtained from the satellites help scientists to really understand the global environmental changes that are currently affecting our planet.

Mitochondria is the cell organelle that produced the energy that is needed in the body system in form of atp, that is why it is called the power house of the cell. energy is needed by the living organisms to carry out the activities which sustain life.  if the mitochondria is destroyed atp will not be produced. if the mitochondria is destroyed, energy production will stop and the affected living organism will not have the energy to carry out the necessary life processes; this will lead to the death of the organism.
