How is the structure of a unicellular organism different from the structure of a multicellular organism? how does this difference affect cellular function in each organism?

A unicellular organism has only one cell while a multicellular organism is made of many cells working together. The consequence is that in unicellular organisms, the single cell has to take care of every function while in multicellular organisms, the cells can divide up the work and each cell take care of only one function, but perform that function really well.
