During which part of the cell cycle is the duplicated genetic material within the nucleus of a parent cell separated to creat two daughter cells

During the m-phase or mitosis, the fourth stage, telophase, is where the duplicated genetic material within the nucleus of parent cell separated to create two daughter cells. This is also the stage in where cytokinesis takes place and finalizes the separation of the two daughter cells.
