How come honey bees all across the world are disappearing and dying? how can we stop / prevent this from happening ?

The honey bees are dying because us humans are spraying pesticides, so when a bee comes to pollinate the pesticide kills it either then and there or later in its life. We can stop this by finding natural pesticides like lemon juice, vinegar.
