From the food we eat and drinks we drink, our small intestine and livers collect all the nutrients and goods from the food and drinks.

The actual "mass" of the food let's say, is turned into what is know as feces (stool), and if we're talking about drinks, into wee.

After digestion, before stool becomes stool it is pushed into the rectum by the large intestine where it remains until it's defecated.

The process of releasing the stool is called defecation.
