1. using sandwich cookies, create a display that shows each phase of the moon with the earth in the center of your display. you will need to separate the two sides of the chocolate cookies while keeping the white cream filling together on one side. the white cream in between the two cookies represents the moon. use a butter knife to cut the white cream filling into the correct shape to show each phase. make sure to correctly label each phase. email a picture of your moon phase model with this assignment. if you cannot send digital pictures, scan and email, fax or mail a sketch of your model.
