What two components are often found as part of an enzyme? what happens to an enzyme’s structure as it exceeds the typical human body temperature?

this is more of a statement than a question. is there answers to go along with this, or is it opinion based?

there is not 1 highest source of protein, but there are many; meats, fish, poultry, seafood, cheese, eggs, yogurt and milk. the only non complete animal food that is beneficial is gelatin.
