Difference between essential and non essential amino acids relate this to complete and incomplete proteins

Nonessential amino acids are those that our bodies can produce, even if they are not in the food we eat.  

A complete protein is a food source that contains all the essential amino acids. Examples are eggs, dairy, fish, and meat.

An incomplete protein is a food source that contains some but not all the essential amino acids. Examples are legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains.
