the plantae and animalia kingdoms encompass a very diverse group of species. there are over a million species altogether, and more are being discovered. plants include trees, shrubs, bushes, flowers, grass, etc. animals include sea urchins, mollusks, insects, fish, birds, mammals, etc. for this project, you will narrow your search down and choose one plant and one animal to research and discuss in detail.

choose one plant and one animal and write a paper that includes both using 300-500 words. in your paper, discuss the following:

general (common) name of your plant/animal and taxonomic species name (all 7 levels of classification) of your plant/animal
plant—vascular or nonvascular; animal—invertebrate, chordate, or vertebrate)
brief description (physical characteristics; habitat(s); eating habits, if applicable)
include a labeled model showing the organelles of your plant/animal
reproduction method(s)
as a conclusion for your paper, decide which of your organisms, in your opinion, is most important to life on earth. explain your reasons.
