the final preparations with the nuclear membrane breaking down. the following stage is the sister
chromatids line up in the middle. the sister chromatids are separated into individual chromosomes when pulled
away from each other. this stage is the final phase is where the cells 'tear apart' and the
nuclear membrane reforms around the chromosomes.
