Only one  ovary exists, Vitelline gland  is present to produces yolk cells, and shell gland,;Mehlis's gland produce shells.

They belong to phylum platyhelminthes, and they are endoparasites. They attach to their hosts through paired hooks on their heads to absorbs metabolites.
