Difference between aerobic and anaerobic process are as under.

1) Aerobic process is a type of energy releasing process in which energy is released with the addition of oxygen molecule. This type of respiration occurs both in plants and animals.

Glucose +oxygen >>>> ATP+CO2 +H2O.

2) Anaerobic process is a type of energy releasing process in which energy is released without the use of oxygen molecule. This type of respiration occurs in plants only in water logged condition in the roots.

Glucose >>>>ethanol >>>CO2 +ATP.
