In asexual reproduction, only one parent is needed and the offspring is identical to the parent, meaning the offspring shares the exact same genes as the parent.

2.  both alleles contain genetic code for the same trait, just different versions. But recessive traits are only shown if the offspring recieves the same recessive gene from both parents, whileoffspring only need one dominant allele for it to be expressed

3. Chromosomes and alleles have genes for traits, but Chromosomes contain the genes of the offspring, while the alleles are the gene version for a specific trait.
