It carries blood to and from your heart and circulates it to every part of your body. Vascular problems are common, and can be serious, even fatal. Such problems include hardening and stiffening of your arteries, blood clots that can block blood from getting to your heart or brain, weakened blood vessels that can burst and cause internal bleeding. Circulatory diseases and disorders are more common in older adults, but younger people can also have problems if they have a history of circulatory problems in their families. The most common signs of circulatory disorders are relatively easy to diagnose, as long as you are aware of how your body is working, and report anything unusual to your doctor. Design a pamphlet or brochure about the disorder and one medication or treatment method used to help those that have the disorder. Include who can be affected by the disorder, how common (or uncommon it is) and how researchers think the medication or treatment will help.
