to carry a wooden pole. Suggest them a way to carry the wooden pole in such a
way that the stronger person needs to apply more effort and the weaker person
needs to apply less force. Also explain the scientific reason behind your answer.

I am picturing a lever. For the stronger one to apply more effort, they need to hold it in the middle which will carry most of the weight while the weaker person would need to carry it on one of the ends. Since the stronger person would act as a fulcrum, the pole becomes a "level" which proves that the weaker person carries less weight by only holding the end of the pole!
