Sucrose is a term alternatively used for table sugar.

It is a non reducing diasaccharide molecule that is, it is made up of two monosaccharide units specifically glucose and fructose.

They are linked with the help of glycosidic linkage in which carbon 1 of glucose unit is attached with carbon 2 of fructose unit via ether bond.

The molecular formula of the sucrose is C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁.
