Why are people part Mongolian? Explain why in one paragraph please

Well , not all humans are part mongolian. Usually it refers to people of south asia , east asia which includes countries sourrounding indonesia and other island countries around it. But if you were to look at the west of the world , also north asia including europe , they arent part mongolian.
