Design an experiment to investigate the effect of temperature on the rate at which casein in milk is hydrolyzed by protease. In order to give some standardization between the experiments, the following information will remain the same. You will be using 5 cm3 of protease solution and 10 cm3 of milk for each reaction. It should also be noted that the protease has an optimum temperature between 30-50 degrees Celsius.
